Who is responsible

Helzam LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through PocketPro Client. Contact us at helzamsupport@gmail.com. For data that businesses add about their own customers, the business is the controller and we process it on their behalf.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, sign-in details) — to create and run your account (contract).
• Business content (business details, Client Spaces, customer names and emails, quotes, invoices) — to provide the Service (contract).
• Support messages — to help you (contract / legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).
• Service emails — to send invoices, quotes and account notices (contract).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run the Service, and send email, on our behalf.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling Premium, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations (for example tax records), then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

UK / EEA: you can access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local authority. We respond within one month.

United States: depending on your state (for example California), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your data, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising.

Security and cookies

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private secure links to protect data. We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in; we don't use advertising cookies.
