Terms of Service
Last updated 23 September 2026
Who we are
PocketPro Client ("the Service") is provided by Helzam LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Helzam LLC. Contact: helzamsupport@gmail.com.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and that you are of legal age.
The Service
PocketPro Client lets businesses create Client Spaces, quotes and invoices and share them with their customers through secure links. A Free plan and a paid Premium plan are available. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- interfering with its security, introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping it;
- reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits of the Service.
Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the content you add, and allow us to host and process it only to provide the Service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Premium renews automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Settings and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.
Service level and liability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", we exclude implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. When your account ends you can ask us to export or delete your data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
